Bio Summary
Ken Harris was a cars salesman before he ventured into the world of animation. He worked at Warner Brothers under Chuck Jones during the golden age of animation which lasted from 1935-1962. While his actual drawings were not anything to scream about he was a master of timing, action and movement. When Warner Brothers closed he went to Hana Barbara / MGM studios for a couple of years and retired a few years after that. In 1967 he was invited by Richard Williams to his studio in London to animate. They would spend the next thirteen years working together on films and personal projects.
Early Life/Family
Was originally named Karyl Ross Harris. He had a younger brother named Edwin born in 1901.
In 1927 he married his first wife Alta (she would later die in 1963). In 1966 he marries his second wife Kathryn with Chuck Jones as his best man.
